We're Sabita and Ravin — a passionate chef couple who share a deep love for cooking and celebrating the richness of traditional cuisine. Having previously operated our own restaurant, we bring substantial culinary experience and entrepreneurial spirit to everything we make.
Our approach emphasizes authentic flavours and time-honored techniques in every dish we create — from delicate Kerala coconut curries to hearty North Indian gravies. No shortcuts, no compromises.
After relocating to Northern Virginia, we wanted to recreate the flavours of home for our community. Sabi Cooks was born from that desire: a licensed home-based kitchen where every meal is made fresh to order, with the same love and care as cooking for family.
